【摘要】 基于新农科背景和卓越农学人才创新创业能力培养，分析了地方综合性高等院校卓越农学人才创新创业能力培养存在的问题，认为当前教师创新创业教育理念落后，学生创新创业意识不强，教材内容、实践教学、创新创业平台、“双创”师资等教育资源缺乏制约着创新创业型人才培养。结合河南科技大学卓越农学专业创新创业型人才培养实践，提出提升师资力量、深化专业教育，创建科研平台、打造实习基地，优化培养模式、强化科教融合，统筹学科竞赛、促进交叉整合，构建了新农科背景下地方综合性院校创新创业卓越农学人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the background of new agricultural science and the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of outstanding agricultural talents, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of outstanding agricultural talents in local comprehensive colleges and universities, and holds that the current teachers’ innovation and entrepreneurship education concept is backward, and students’ innovation and entrepreneurship awareness is weak. The lack of educational resources such as teaching materials, practical teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship platforms, and teachers for entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship restricts the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Combined with Henan university of science and technology innovation in agronomy in excellence entrepreneurial talent training practice, put forward to promote faculty, deepen the professional education, create scientific research platform, build practice base, optimizing the training mode,strengthening the science and education, as a whole, to promote the integration of cross discipline competition, build the local comprehensive universities under the new agricultural background excellent agriculture talents training mode innovative undertaking.更多还原
