永磁开关磁链直线电机退磁故障特性分析

【摘要】 相较传统直线电机,永磁开关磁链直线电机(Permanent Magnet Flux-Switching Linear Motor, PMFSLM)永磁体与绕组集成程度更高、推力波动更大,在运行过程中更易受到温度与机械作用影响,导致永磁体产生退磁问题。针对PMFSLM永磁体的退磁问题,通过建立有限元模型,分析了永磁体不同退磁状态对电机的影响,得到不同退磁状态下电机永磁磁场、气隙磁密、空载反电动势、推力、磁链等特征参数,通过对比分析得到一些易受退磁影响且变化明显的特征量,为PMFSLM的故障诊断奠定理论基础。

【Abstract】 Compared with traditional linear motors, permanent magnet flux switching linear motor(PMFSLM) has a higher degree of integration of magnets and windings, greater thrust fluctuations, and is more susceptible to temperature and mechanical effects during operation, causing permanent magnets to demagnetization. Aiming at the demagnetization problem of PMFSLM permanent magnets, through the establishment of a finite element model, the influence of different demagnetization states of permanent magnets on the motor is analyzed, and the permanent magnet field, air gap flux density,no-load back EMF, thrust, flux linkage, etc. Some characteristic quantities that are easily affected by demagnetization and have obvious changes are obtained through comparative analysis, which lays a theoretical foundation for future fault diagnosis of PMFSLM.
