电动汽车车载电源系统中应用的铁氧体磁性材料与器件

【摘要】 随着社会环境意识的提高,电动汽车(EV)、混合动力汽车(HEV)在全球市场上越来越受欢迎。车载电源系统是电动汽车的重要组成部分之一,铁氧体磁性材料及器件的选型与设计对车载电源系统的大功率、小体积、轻重量、低成本、高效率起着重要的作用。对新近的车载电源系统电路拓扑研究成果进行梳理,从中提取出应用于车载电源系统中的铁氧体磁性材料及变压器、电感器,为铁氧体磁性材料及器件的研发、生产提供参考。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of social environmental awareness, electric vehicles(EV) and hybrid electric vehicles(HEV) are becoming more and more popular in the global market. On-board power system is one of the important components of electric vehicle. The selection and design of ferrite magnetic materials and devices play an important role in the high power, small volume, light weight, low cost and high efficiency of on-board power system. This paper combs the recent research results of circuit topology of on-board power system, and extracts the ferrite magnetic materials,transformers and inductors used in on-board power system, so as to provide reference for the R&D and production of ferrite magnetic materials and devices.
