基于纸基微流控芯片的GMI磁珠检测方法

【摘要】 基于GMI传感器并结合纸基微流控芯片建立了一种新型磁珠检测方法,成功实现微米磁珠的定量检测。通过研究传感器在不同工作点下的磁珠检测性能,最终确定传感器的最佳工作点。使用刀模切割法制作的纸基微流控芯片成本低、尺寸标准、检测区域可控,不仅能承载磁珠进行检测,还能作为细胞和微生物的载体,有利于将该方法应用于生物蛋白和食源性细菌的检测。

【Abstract】 A new type of magnetic bead detection method was established based on the GMI sensor and combined with a paper-based microfluidic chip, which successfully realized the quantitative detection of micron magnetic beads. By studying the magnetic bead detection performance of the sensor at different working points, the best working point of the sensor is finally determined. The paper-based microfluidic chip produced by the knife-die cutting method has low cost,standard size, and controllable detection area. It can not only carry magnetic beads for detection, but also serve as a carrier for cells and microorganisms, which is conducive to the application of this method to biological proteins and the detection of food-borne bacteria.
