【Abstract】 Intestinal microbial status, especially the probiotics, is an important factor affecting human health. As a derivative of probiotics, postbiotics plays an important role in anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, intestinal mucosal barrier protection, immune regulation, while reducing the risks caused by live bacteria. At present, the mechanism of postbiotics is still unclear. In this paper, the types and mechanisms of postbiotics are collectively reviewed.更多还原
