【摘要】 目的：培训喂养流程前后河北省重症病人营养治疗效果比较。方法：选取2018年9月至2019年5月河北省23家医院重症医学科，年龄> 18岁，预计肠内营养的时间超过72 h并且能够持续一周的病人，填写营养治疗调查系统，各中心参加统一培训后，再次收集上述营养治疗调查指标，进行前后对比分析。结果：喂养流程培训前后两组病人的一般特征无统计学差异，培训前、后两组病人在营养风险筛查比例（37.0%vs 73.0%, P <0.001）、床旁超声应用比例（7.4%vs 27.8%,P <0.001）、肠内营养启动时间[(14.6±5.6) h vs (9.0±4.1) h,P <0.001]、胃肠动力药物应用（42.2%vs 54.8%, P <0.001）、院内获得性肺炎发生率（30.4%vs 17.4%, P=0.017）等方面有统计学差异。结论：经过喂养流程培训后，河北省重症病人营养治疗逐步规范，为建立适合于本科室的喂养方案奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the nutritional treatment effects before and after implementation of feeding procedures training in Hebei Province. Methods: Consecutive patients from the intensive care departments of 23hospitals in Hebei Province from September 2018 to May 2019 were screened,Patients > 18 years old who were expected to receive enteral nutrition for more than 72 hours were included. After filling in the nutritional treatment surveys, all centers participated in the feeding procedures training, and after that, the nutritional treatment survey indicators were collected again for before-and-after comparative analysis. Results: There was no significant difference in basic characteristics between the before and after groups. There were remarkable differences between the two groups in the percentages of nutritional risk screening(37.0% vs 73.0%, P < 0.001), application of bedside ultrasound(7.4% vs 27.8%,P < 0.001), initiation of enteral nutrition[(14.6 ± 5.6) h vs(9.0 ± 4.1) h,P < 0.001], use of gastrointestinal motility drugs(42.2% vs 54.8%, P < 0.001), and the incidence of nosocomial pneumonia(30.4% vs 17.4%, P = 0.017).Conclusion: After the implementation of feeding procedures training, nutritional treatment for critically ill patients in Hebei province has been gradually standardized, laying a foundation for the establishment of individualized feeding programs.更多还原
