底板结构对两层实木复合地板尺寸稳定性的影响
Infulence of Bottom Layer’s Structure on Dimensional Stability of Two-layer Engineered Wood Flooring
【摘要】 以柞木为表板,以云杉为底板条,采用全因子试验方法,研究底板条厚度(4.2 mm、6.6 mm和9.2 mm)、宽度(12.0 mm、22.0 mm和32.0 mm)和排列间隙(0 mm、2 mm和4 mm)对两层实木复合地板尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明,当两层实木复合地板幅面尺寸为450 mm×90 mm,表板厚度为4.2 mm时,在相同复合工艺条件下,底板条厚度和宽度对地板宽度翘曲度影响较大,底板条的排列间隙对宽度翘曲度影响较小,底板条厚度、宽度及排列间隙对地板长度翘曲度的影响均较小。综合比较,本试验中底板条厚度9.2 mm、宽度22 mm、排列间距2 mm条件下,两层实木复合地板试板的尺寸稳定性较好,其宽度翘曲度仅为0.06%。
【Abstract】 The effects of bottom strip thickness(4.2 mm, 6.6 mm and 9.2 mm), width(12.0 mm, 22.0 mm and 32.0 mm) and arrangement gap(0 mm, 2 mm and 4 mm) on the dimensional stability of two-layer engineered wood flooring were studied by full factor test method. The results showed that under the same composite process conditions, when the size of flooring was 450 mm×90 mm and the thickness of the top oak layer was 4.2 mm, the thickness and width of the bottom spruce layer had great influence on the width warp, while the arrangement gap between the spruce strip had little influence on the width warp.The thickness, width and arrangement gap had little influence on the length warp. The better structure of the two-layer engineered wood flooring was as follows: the thickness, width and arrangement gap of bottom spruce strip were 9.2 mm, 22 mm and 2 mm in this study. The width warp was only 0.06%.
