浅埋爆炸近场荷载特征研究
Study on near-field load characteristics of shallow buried explosion
【摘要】 浅埋爆炸条件下,车辆底盘受到空气冲击波、爆炸产物以及抛射物冲击等3种效应的共同作用。为了研究荷载各效应对结构的作用特征问题,利用AUTODYN有限元软件,通过对不同物质设置不同求解器,提出了一种解耦方法,实现了荷载效应的解耦,并通过试验和仿真进行研究。结果表明:抛射物冲击效应达到全效应变形的65%~85%,空气冲击波与产物冲击效应达到全效应变形的0%~35%。各效应作用相加并不是100%,可能是因为荷载效应叠加后对钢板的影响;效应作用特征与药量、埋深、钢板厚度、结构与地面的间隔距离有关,其中抛射物冲击效应受结构与地面的距离影响较为明显。
【Abstract】 Under the condition of shallow buried explosion, a vehicle chassis is affected by a combined action of three effects: air shock waves, explosion products and projectile impact. In order to study the influence of each effect on the structure, this paper uses AUTODYN finite element software, and, by setting up different solvers for different substances, proposes a decoupling method to realize the separation of load effects, which is verified by tests and simulation. The results show that the effect of projectile impact reaches 65%~85% of the total effect deformation, and air shock waves and product impact effect reach 0~35% of the total effect deformation. The sum of the effects is not 100%, which may be due to the influence of the superposition of load effects on the steel plate. The effect characteristics are related to explosive amount, buried depth, steel plate thickness and the distance between the structure and the ground. Among them, the projectile impact effect is most obviously affected by the spacing between the structure and the ground.
