对虾分级设备定量上料装置的设计与仿真

【摘要】 对虾分级是对虾捕捞加工的第一道工序,分级精度影响到后续工序和分装质量。传统对虾分级机上料装置存在着容易堆积和大面积空载等问题,为提高对虾分级工作效率,利用离散元仿真软件研究对虾上料对分机效率和精度的影响,得到对虾分级机上料的最佳参数。根据此参数设计1种对虾定量上料装置,采用梳齿形状板条和定量挡板交错,捞取大量对虾后逐渐减少外露梳齿长度的方式分离多只对虾,实现对虾上料精准可控。设计上料装置的关键部件,确定其形状及参数,并通过仿真分析,验证得到上料装置符合设计需求。研究结果可为对虾分级设备的设计提供可靠依据。

【Abstract】 Shrimp grading is the first process of shrimp fishing and processing, and its grading accuracy affects the subsequent processes and the quality of packaging. The feeding device of the traditional shrimp classifier has problems such as easy accumulation and large area empty load. The traditional feeding device of shrimp classifier is easy to pile up or empty in a large area. In order to improve the efficiency of shrimp grading, discrete element simulation software was used to study the effect of shrimp feeding on the efficiency and accuracy of the splitter, so as to obtain the best parameters of the shrimp grading machine. According to these parameters, a shrimp quantitative feeding device was designed, using comb-shaped slats and quantitative baffles staggered. After catching a large number of shrimps, gradually reduce the length of the exposed comb teeth to separate multiple shrimps to achieve precise and controllable shrimp feeding. The key components of the feeding device were designed, their shapes and parameters were determined, and the simulation results showed that the feeding device met the design requirements.The research results provide a reliable basis for the design of shrimp grading equipment.
