不同调控措施对甜瓜土壤性质、细菌多样性和产量的影响

【摘要】 设施甜瓜作为河北省特色农业,广泛存在连续种植、肥药过量施用,造成土壤性质恶化、微生态失衡等问题。本研究以河北省设施甜瓜为研究对象,研究不同调控措施对土壤理化性质、细菌多样性及甜瓜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:不同调控措施分别增加土壤全氮和有效磷18.8%和45.8%,降低土壤水溶性盐含量。与复合肥配施有机肥比,增施土壤调理剂提高土壤微生物和放线菌数量18.0%和43.8%,提升果实可溶糖29.4%;增施微生物菌剂显著提高土壤各类微生物数量,提升果实可溶糖22.5%;同时增施土壤调理剂和微生物菌剂显著提升土壤各类微生物数量及细菌群落多样性,增加变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)丰度,降低土壤水溶性盐含量,显著增产40.3%,提升果实可溶性糖31.2%。因此,常规复合肥同时配施有机肥、调理剂和微生物菌剂具有显著降低土壤水溶盐含量、增加土壤细菌丰度、提高甜瓜产量、改善其品质的作用,可以在河北省设施栽培中推荐应用。

【Abstract】 Facility muskmelon is a characteristic agricultural industry in Hebei province. Continuous planting and excessive application of fertilizers and drugs have caused problems such as deterioration of soil properties and imbalance of micro-ecologies. This study studied the effects of different control measures on the physical and chemical properties of soil, bacterial diversity and muskmelon yield and quality in Hebei Province. The results showed that control measures increased soil total N and available P and reduced soil water-soluble salt content.Compared with mixed fertilization of compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer, application of soil conditioner or microbial agents increased the number of soil microorganisms and fruit soluble sugar. Meanwhile, the diversity of bacterial communities significantly increased with increased abundance of Proteobacteria, Acidobacteria and Firmicutes.Therefore, the simultaneous application of conventional compound fertilizers with organic fertilizers,conditioners and microbial agents can significantly reduce water-soluble salt content, increase soil bacterial diversity and abundance, yield and quality. It can be recommended for application in facility cultivation in Hebei Province.
