接骨木籽油的超临界二氧化碳萃取及其挥发性组分的分析

【摘要】 首先采用超临界CO2萃取法提取接骨木籽油。以萃取压力、温度以及时间三个因素作三个水平的正交试验,选用L9(34)正交表试验设计,按照因素水平表进行正交试验,计算接骨木籽油的萃取得率,再进行极差分析,得出各因素对萃取得率的影响,并确定出最佳配方的萃取工艺:萃取压力40 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.5 h。在此条件下的油脂得率为28.97%。采用气质联用(GC-MS)分析接骨木籽油的挥发性组分,实验结果表明:接骨木籽油中挥发性成分有17种,其中含量较多的是正丁醛、正己醛、反式-2,4-庚二烯醛、1-戊烯-3-醇、反式-2-戊烯醛等。其中醛类物质占总量的81.57%。

【Abstract】 First of all, the SW seed oil was extracted by SC-CO2 extraction method. The main factors which affected the SC-CO2 extraction, such as extraction pressure, temperature and time were investigated and a three factors three levels orthogonal experiment based on extraction pressure, temperature and time was conducted, and L9(34) orthogonal table was selected. Orthogonal test was carried out according to the table of factor levels, the yield of the extraction was calculated, then variance analysis was done. Through the above steps, the influence of these three factors on extraction yield was concluded and the best extraction technology was determined, just the following technology: extraction pressure of 40 MPa, extraction temperature of 50℃, extraction time of 2.5 h. The yield of the extraction was about 28.97% under above condition.The volatile components of the SW seed oil were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that there were 17 volatile components in SW seed oil. The main volatile components were n-butyl aldehyde(25.57%), hexanal(15.51%), trans, trans-2,4-heptadienal(19.29%) and 1-penten-3-ol(9.28%). The aldehydes accounted for 81.57% of total amount.
