施用氮肥对黑果枸杞生长及产量的影响

【摘要】 研究不同氮肥施用量对黑果枸杞生长及品质的影响,为黑果枸杞人工栽培科学施肥提供理论依据和技术支撑。结果表明:施用氮肥对黑果枸杞生长有显著地促进作用,以施氮肥40 g/株时,株高、茎粗、冠幅和叶面积均较大,表现最优;黑果枸杞叶片叶绿素含量随施氮量的增加而增加,但当施氮量超过60 g/株时,叶绿素含量有下降趋势;黑果枸杞百粒重和单株产量随施氮量的增加呈增加后减趋势,当施氮量为40 g/株或60 g/株时,百粒重和单株产量最大,不同施氮量处理间差异显著。综上所述,适量施用氮肥可促进黑果枸杞植株生长和产量,施用量以40~60 g/株尿素为宜。

【Abstract】 This paper studied the effects of different nitrogen application rates on the growth and quality of L. ruthenicum, in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for scientific fertilization of L. ruthenicum. The results showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer significantly promoted the growth of L. ruthenicum. When the application of nitrogen fertilizer was 40 g per plant, the plant height, stem diameter, crown width and leaf area were larger, and the performance was the best. The chlorophyll content of L. ruthenicum leaves increased with the increase of nitrogen application, but when the nitrogen application was more than 60 g per plant, the chlorophyll content decreased. The 100 grain weight and yield per plant of L. ruthenicum increased and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen application. When the nitrogen application rate was 40 g per plant or 60 g per plant, the 100 grain weight and yield per plant were the largest, and there were significant differences among different nitrogen application rates. In conclusion, proper application of nitrogen fertilizer can promote the plant growth and yield of L. ruthenicum, and the appropriate application rate is 40~60 g per plant urea.
