【摘要】 基于建党百年来城市工作的史料梳理，发现城市工作在不同阶段具备不同的特征，并受制度内在因素、环境因素和领导者因素的共同驱动，围绕社会主要矛盾变化而不断发展，其中领导者对环境的判断是影响城市工作变迁的关键。新时代以来，党的城市工作体系日趋完善，手段逐步健全，内容日益丰富，不断向着高质量发展迈进，但仍面临着诸多挑战。立足于城市工作变迁特征和当前挑战，提出未来的城市工作应将城市发展普遍规律与地区异质性相结合，将新一轮新型城镇化建设与人民城市重要理念、数字化转型、区域一体化和乡村振兴实践相结合，推动城市治理体系和治理能力的现代化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the historical data of urban work in the past century of the founding of the Communist Party, the study found that urban work has different characteristics at different stages, driven by internal factors of the system, environmental factors and leaders, and constantly develops around the changes of the main social contradictions. It is the key to the change of urban work. Since the new era, the party’s urban work system has been gradually improved, its methods have been gradually improved, and its content has become increasingly rich, and it has continued to move towards high-quality development, but it still faces many challenges. Based on the changing characteristics and current challenges of urban work, this paper proposes that future urban work should combine the general laws of urban development with regional heterogeneity, and combine the new round of new urbanization with the important concepts of people’s cities, digital transformation, and regional integration.
