服务业集聚对黄河流域城市绿色经济效率的影响研究
The impact of service industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency of cities in the Yellow River Basin
【摘要】 基于2004—2019年黄河流域地级以上城市面板数据,测度了城市绿色经济效率,系统分析了服务业集聚对城市绿色经济效率的影响,并采用中介效应模型考察服务业集聚对城市绿色经济效率影响的传导机制。结果显示:服务业集聚能够明显改善黄河流域城市绿色经济效率,这一促进作用随着上游到下游地区服务业集聚水平的降低而逐渐减弱。服务业集聚对绿色经济效率影响的非线性关系仅在上游和中游地区呈“U”型路径,上游样本均跨过拐点,集聚效应显著,中游样本中仍有37%的地区位于曲线左侧,服务业集聚水平较低。服务业集聚能够通过促进技术创新和优化产业结构来提升城市绿色经济效率,且产业结构优化的传导机制效应占比更大。
【Abstract】 Based on the panel data of cities above prefecture level in the Yellow River Basin from 2004 to 2019, on the basis of measuring urban green economic efficiency, this paper systematically analyzes the impact of service industry agglomeration on urban green economic efficiency, and uses the intermediary effect model to investigate the transmission mechanism of the impact of service industry agglomeration on urban green economic efficiency. The results show that: service industry agglomeration can significantly improve the green economic efficiency of cities in the Yellow River Basin, and this promoting effect gradually weakens with the reduction of service industry agglomeration level from upstream to downstream. The nonlinear relationship between the impact of service industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency shows a “U” path only in the upstream and middle reaches. The upstream samples all cross the inflection point, and the agglomeration effect is significant, while 37% of the middle reaches samples are still located on the left side of the curve, and the level of service industry agglomeration is low. Service industry agglomeration can improve the efficiency of urban green economy by promoting technological innovation and optimizing industrial structure, and the transmission mechanism effect of industrial structure optimization accounts for a larger proportion.
