【摘要】 高校创新创业教育体系是国家创新驱动发展战略的重要组成部分，地方高校正成为区域可持续发展的主要引擎，为区域创新发展提供充足的人力资本。基于五螺旋创新理论进行分析，目前高校创新创业教育存在与专业教育脱节，且未能深度融入国家与区域创新体系等问题。因此，要坚持立德树人原则、全覆盖原则、协同化原则、特色化原则，将教育目标、课程体系、教学模式、训练平台、教师队伍、运行机制、考核评价、保障制度等有机融合。以长沙理工大学为例，确立“一核两基三融四构”能力导向的创新创业教育目标体系，构建“四融入、三层次、五位一体”的创新创业教育实施体系等，并进行有效探索与实践，以期为加快建设教育强国和办好人民满意的教育作出更大的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 The innovation and entrepreneurship educational system of universities is an integral part to the strategy of innovation-driven development, while local universities are becoming the main engine of regional sustainable development, providing sufficient human capital for regional innovative development. Based on the quintuple helix innovation theory, the current innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has some problems, such as being disconnected from professional education and not being deeply integrated into the national and regional innovation system. Therefore, it is necessary to adhere to the principles of fostering character and civic virtue, full coverage, coordination, and specialization, organically integrating educational objectives, curriculum system, teaching mode, training platform, teaching staff, operation mechanism, assessment and guarantee system. Taking Changsha University of Science & Technology as an example, this research aims to establish an objective system of innovation and entrepreneurship education oriented to "one-core, two-foundation, three-integration, four-construction", and to set up an implementation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education of "four-integration, three-level, five-in-one". With effective exploration and practice, the system is expected to make a greater contribution to accelerating the building of a leading country in education and running a satisfactory education for the people.更多还原
