【摘要】 随着知识经济时代及创新街区发展的浪潮推动，非正式交流空间日益成为激发创新行为的培养皿。本文以深圳高新南创新街区非正式交流空间为研究对象，尝试基于理论分析构建以激发创新为导向的空间质量评价研究框架，提出“指标遴选—指标验证—构建体系—样本选取—评价结果”研究思路，结合网络及调研第一手数据，运用相关及回归分析方法，探索性地分类构建不同类型非正式交流空间（含公园、广场、步行街道）的质量评价指标体系，最后根据空间质量为中等水平的评价结果，提出需要提升具有创新氛围的空间设计，以作为未来城市空间吸引人才和企业集聚并推动创新的有益借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy and the development of innovation community, informal communication space has increasingly become a key platform to stimulate innovative behaviors. Taking the informal communication space of Shenzhen’s Gaoxinnan innovation community as the subject of research, this paper tries to build an innovation-inspired spatial quality evaluation framework based on theoretical analysis, and proposes the research flow chart of “index selection-index verification-system construction-sample selection-evaluation results”. Correlation and regression analysis methods are applied combined with online and survey data.The quality evaluation index system of different types of informal communication spaces(including parks, squares and pedestrian streets) is explored and constructed. Both subjective and objective evaluation results indicate the space quality is at a medium level. It is proposed that the space design with innovative atmosphere should be strengthen to attract talents and enterprises and promote innovation to cities in the future.更多还原
