【摘要】 本研究利用粤港澳大湾区11个城市2007—2019年城市面板数据，对制造服务业发展提升科技创新水平的机制进行了实证检验。结果显示：粤港澳大湾区制造服务业发展对科技创新水平具有正向影响，且空间溢出效应明显；在制造服务业细分行业发展比较上，信息服务发展对粤港澳大湾区科技创新水平的影响最大，其次是研发设计与其他技术服务，再次是金融服务；影响机制检验表明，制造服务业发展对科技创新的作用与本地企业吸收能力和本地所处价值链地位有关，本地吸收能力越强和所处价值链地位越高，制造服务业发展对科技创新的作用就越明显。因此，出台并实施加快推进制造服务业高质量发展的相关政策，是提升粤港澳大湾区科技创新水平的有效路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the urban panel data of 11 cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area（GBA）from 2007 to 2019, this study empirically tests how the development of manufacturing service industries can enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation. Results show that the development of manufacturing services in the GBA has a positive impact on the level of technological innovation, and the spatial spillover effectis obvious. In terms of the development of subdivided manufacturing services, information services have the greatest impact on GBA’s technological innovation, followed by R&D and other technical services, and finally financial services. The influence mechanism test shows that it is related to the absorptive capacity of local enterprises and the value chain position of the host city: the stronger the local absorptive capacity and the higher the position of local value chain, the more obvious the effect of the development of manufacturing service industries on scientific and technological innovation. Therefore, the introduction and implementation of relevant policies to accelerate the high-quality development of manufacturing service industries is an effective way to enhance the level of technological innovation in the GBA.更多还原
