【Abstract】 Through studying the reform practice of the market-oriented maintenance and management mechanism of rural roads in Pudong, the study explores how to build a sustainable market-oriented maintenance and management mechanism of rural roads as a strong territorial public good in the socio-economically developed areas, and how to build a sustainable structural relationship and positive interaction between the main bodies. It proposes guiding principles and basic ideas for the reform of the rural roads maintenance and management system in developed eastern regions, drawing on the experience of Pudong.更多还原
