污水处理达标后尾水排海工程实践

【摘要】 广东省汕头市潮阳区纺织印染环保综合处理中心污水处理厂经处理达标的尾水,最终通过压力管道排入广澳湾海域。该排海管道海域段长1 021 m,采用DN800~DN1 000实壁PE管、法兰连接。考虑工程实际情况,通过选择合适的管材及接口、破波区采用钢板桩支护后开槽敷设、深水区采用铺管船法敷设等措施,确保设计方案安全可靠。施工过程中重点对沟槽开挖、海上运输、配重块设置、下沉敷设进行控制,并制定防台风、防船舶碰撞、防雾等应急方案,保证了工程安全实施。

【Abstract】 The tail water after treated up to standard from the wastewater treatment plant of Chaoyang District Textile Printing and Dyeing Environmental Protection Comprehensive Treatment Center in Shantou City of Guangdong Province is finally discharged into the sea area of Guangao Bay through the pressure pipeline. The sea area section of the discharge-into-sea pipeline is 1 021 m long and is the DN800 ~ DN1000 solid-wall PE pipe connected by the flanges. Considering the actual situation of the project, the safety and reliability of the design scheme are ensured by laying measures of selecting the appropriate pipes and interfaces, slotting laying after the steel sheet pile support in the wave breaking area and pipe laying ship method in deep water area. During the construction process, the trench excavation,marine transport, clump weight setting and sinking laying are mainly controlled. And the emergency plans such as the typhoon prevention, ship collision prevention and antifogging are formulated to ensure the safe implementation of the project.
