【摘要】 城市农业是城市空间范围内农业生产经营活动的集合体,是满足城市居民美好生活需要、促进城乡融合发展的战略性产业。城市农业的主要业态有以休闲农业、科普农业、设施农业、社区支持农业为主要内容的城郊特色农业,以阳台、屋顶、居室农业为主要内容的城市"庭院"农业,以绿化建设为主要目的的城市绿化农业,以基础科研、科技创新、成果展示、科普宣传为主要内容的城市科技农业。在从全面小康向共同富裕过渡的发展新阶段,城市农业具有广阔的发展前景,是体现城乡融合发展的天然载体,重构农业内生循环的关键举措,建设城市生态文明的战略支撑,满足城市美好生活的有效选择。目前,城市农业处于业态自我发育、市场随机生长的"萌发"阶段,尚未成为独立的产业门类,受到认识误区、政策滞后、市政建设、服务缺位等多重因素的限制,难以实现顺利起步和高质量发展。未来,要把城市农业作为城市产业体系和社会系统不可或缺的组成部分,高度重视、前瞻研究、明晰战略、更新理念、配置要素、完善服务、加强监管,加快推动城市农业发展,使其成为构建新型工农城乡关系的有效抓手。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban agriculture is a collection of agricultural production and management activities in urban space. It is a strategic industry to meet the needs of urban residents for a better life and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas. The main forms of it include suburban characteristic agriculture, urban courtyard agriculture,urban green agriculture, urban technology agriculture. In the new development stage, urban agriculture plays a prominent strategic role,has broad development prospects. It is a natural carrier for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,a key measure to reconstruct the endogenous cycle of agriculture, a strategic support for the construction of urban ecological civilization, and an effective choice to meet the good life of the city. However, urban agriculture is in the germination stage, and has not yet become an independent industrial category. Limited by multiple factors such as misunderstanding, lagging policies, municipal construction and lack of services, it is difficult to achieve a smooth start and high-quality development. In the future, we should take urban agriculture as an indispensable part of the urban industrial system and social system, accelerate the development of urban agriculture, and make it an effective starting point for building a new industrial agricultural urban-rural relationship.更多还原
