【摘要】 该文结合某大学设计创意产业园建设实例，分析砖木山地建筑结构修缮加固设计时所遇问题，包括砖墙裂缝修补、增设圈梁及构造柱、内外墙体拉结处理、木屋顶评估及替换、吊脚露台加固等，并提出相应的解决方案，包括采用增设混凝土构造柱、整体替换木屋架、增设砌体承重墙、改变结构传力路径等，对类似结构修缮加固工程具有一定的指导与借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the construction of a creative industrial park designed by a university, this paper analyzed the problems occurring in the repair and reinforcement design of the hybrid mountainous building structure of brick and wood, iIncluding the repair of cracks in brick walls, the addition of ring beams and structural columns,the binding treatment of internal and external walls, the evaluation and replacement of wooden roofs, the reinforcement of terraces with hanging feet, etc., with appropriate solutions proposed, such as the addition of concrete structural columns, the overall replacement of wooden roof trusses, the addition of masonry load-bearing walls, the change of structural force transmission paths, etc., which has certain guiding and reference significance for similar structural repair and reinforcement projects.更多还原
