桥梁阻燃拉索护套复合材料性能影响研究
Research on Effects of Flame-retardant Cable Sheath Composites on Bridges
【摘要】 目前桥梁拉索体系锚固技术已经很成熟,防水防腐技术也不断提高,但在阻燃防火技术方面是滞后的。该文以桥梁阻燃拉索护套材料为研究对象,对桥梁阻燃拉索护套复合材料性能进行研究。结果表明,当复合材料的配比为80%HDPE和20%阻燃母粒时,拉伸强度达到了18.7MPa,冲击强度为18.2 k J/m~2,弯曲强度为19.2MPa,氧指数为26%,桥梁阻燃拉索护套复合材料的技术性能和阻燃效果都达到了最好。
【Abstract】 At present, the anchoring technology of the bridge cable system is very mature, and the waterproof and anti-corrosion technology has been continuously improved, but the flame-retardant and fire-proof technology is lagging behind.In this paper, the bridge flame-retardant cable sheathing material is taken as the research object, and the properties of the bridge flame-retardant cable sheathing composite material are studied. The results showed that when the ratio of the composite material is 80% HDPE and 20% flame retardant master batch, the tensile strength reaches 18.7MPa, the impact strength is 18.2 k J/m2, the bending strength is 19.2MPa,and the oxygen index is 26%. The technical performance and flame retardant effects of the bridge flame-retardant cable sheath composite material have reached the best.
