【摘要】 建筑工程施工质量检测与建筑工程施工质量验收是对建筑工程施工质量进行评判的两个方面，二者相辅相成。检测检验机构工程技术人员在施工质量检测活动中，因检测项目漏项、检测数量不足或检测参数不全等原因，易将施工质量检测误判为施工质量鉴定。误判易引起工程检测技术人员使用技术标准不当，违反政府监督部门的有关法规规定，造成检测行为不当、检测结论错误等后果，进而引发个人不良信用信息扣分等问题。该文探讨了建筑工程施工质量检测活动中易混淆的几个问题，说明了施工质量检测与建筑工程施工质量验收的差别，相关建议可供工程技术人员和政府监督部门有关人员参考、借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction quality inspection of architectural engineering and acceptance of construction quality are the two aspects of judging the construction quality of a construction project, and the two complement each other. In the construction quality inspection, the engineer technicians of detection and inspection institutions are prone to misjudge the construction quality inspection as construction quality appraisal due to the reasons such as missing inspection items, insufficient inspection quantity or incomplete inspection parameters. Misjudgment can easily lead to improper use of technical standards by engineering testing technicians, violate the relevant laws and regulations of governmental supervision sectors, and result in improper inspections, wrong inspection conclusions, and alike consequences, thereby triggering problems like deduction of personal bad credit information. This paper discussed several issues that are easily mistaken in the construction quality inspection, and interpreted the difference between construction quality inspection and construction quality acceptance of construction projects. Relevant suggestions can be used for reference by engineering technical personnel and relevant governmental supervision sectors.更多还原
