基于生物聚合物伤口敷料的研究及应用进展

【摘要】 自然界中的一些生物聚合物具有生物相容性好、细胞无毒性、能够将人体皮肤表面与外界进行隔绝、保护皮肤免受外界环境刺激等特点,因此它们的改性物以及纳米复合材料具有不同功能,目前广泛应用于医疗伤口敷料领域,可保护皮肤、隔绝外界细菌、伤口止血以及促进伤口愈合。本文阐述了近年来生物聚合物及其改性复合材料在伤口敷料领域的应用以及未来伤口敷料领域的发展方向。

【Abstract】 Some biopolymers in nature can isolate the surface of human skin from the outside world and protect the skin from external environmental stimulation due to their biocompatibility and non-toxic cells. Their modifiers and nanocomposites have different functions. At present, they are widely used in the field of medical wound dressing to protect skin from external bacteria, help the wound stop bleeding and promote wound healing. This review focuses on the application of biopolymers and their modified composites in the field of wound dressing in recent years and the development direction of wound dressing in the future.
