土壤修复菌剂在设施菜田的施用试验效果

【摘要】 为了探究常规施肥条件下增施土壤修复菌剂对设施土壤理化性质的影响,测定3种不同施肥方式下土壤微生物、硝酸盐、全盐含量、电导率的变化及小白菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量和产量。试验结果表明,常规施肥条件下,增施土壤修复菌剂能显著提高土壤细菌、放线菌数量以及小白菜产量,抑制真菌的生长,降低土壤硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、全盐含量及电导率,并且促进小白菜生长,有利于保持和促进土壤肥力和健康状况。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the effects of adding soil remediation fungicide on physical and chemical properties of facility soil under conventional fertilization condition, the micro-organisms, EC value, nitrate and total salt content of soil,and the nitrate, nitrite, yield of Chinese cabbage were measured under three different fertilization methods. The results showed that under the condition of conventional fertilization, adding soil remediation fungicide could significantly increase the number of bacteria and actinomycetes and the yield of Chinese cabbage, inhibit the growth of fungus, decreased the contents of nitrate, nitrite and total salt and EC value, promote the growth of Chinese cabbage, and is help for maintaining and promoting the soil fertility and health.
