DGMM加权混合滤波RSSI室内定位算法
Indoor positioning algorithm based on weighted mixed DGMM filtering RSSI
【摘要】 针对典型的接收信号强度指示(RSSI)测距定位精度较低且不稳定的问题,提出一种基于狄克逊检验法高斯均值中值(DGMM)加权混合滤波RSSI的高斯牛顿定位算法。采用狄克逊检验法剔除观测信号异常值,接着对近似高斯分布的信号值进行加权混合滤波处理,最后利用高斯牛顿迭代求解目标点坐标。实验结果表明,经过DGMM加权混合滤波处理RSSI后,定位的平均点位误差为1.523 m,定位精度优于单一滤波且更稳定。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of unstable location results and low accuracy of classic Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI) algo rithm,Gauss-Newton localization algorithm based on weighted mixed Dixon test Gaussian Median Mean(DGMM) filtering RSSI is proposed.The method of Dixon test is used to filter out the observation signal outliers,then the signal values with approximate Gaussian distribution are processed by weighted mixed filtering.The experimental re sults show that,after three filtering processes,the least square and Gauss Newton positioning model are used for comparison,and the Gauss Newton positioning algorithm with DGMM weighted hybrid filtering has the highest accuracy,with an average positioning accuracy of1.523 m.
