基于工程应用应力条件下的电化学氧气传感器寿命评估

【摘要】 寿命评估是指为了测定产品在规定条件下的寿命所进行的试验,其目的是验证产品在规定条件下的使用寿命、储存寿命。按施加应力强度的不同,寿命试验可分为正常应力寿命试验和加速寿命试验。加速应力试验时间短、成本低,但方法及数据处理复杂。正常应力寿命试验严格按照工程应用应力条件进行,虽然时间长,但试验结果能够真实反映产品水平。本文采用正常应力寿命试验方法对电化学氧气传感器进行寿命评估,在工程应力条件工作3年后,仍满足技术条件指标要求。试验结果不仅为工程应用提供了理论数据支撑,也在一定程度上验证了加速寿命试验获得的5.75年寿命的试验结果。

【Abstract】 Life evaluation refers to the test conducted to determine the life of products under specified conditions, and its purpose is to verify the service life and storage life of products under specified conditions.According to different applied stress intensity, life test can be divided into normal stress life test and accelerated life test.Accelerated stress life test has short time and low cost, but the method and data processing are complex.The normal stress life test is carried out in strict accordance with the stress condition of engineering application.Although it takes a long time, the test results can truly reflect the product level.Normal stress life test method is used to evaluate the life of the electrochemical oxygen sensors.After working under the engineering stress conditions for 3 years, it still meets requirements of the index of technical specifications.The test results not only provide theories and data support for engineering applications, but also verify the 5.75 year life test result obtained from accelerated life test to a certain extent.
