嵌入式可移动无线视频监控平台设计

【摘要】 为了解决固定摄像头监控方式存在的不足,提高视频监控的范围和适应性,设计并实现了一种可以移动的嵌入式无线视频监控平台。该平台由车体、云台(PTZ)和无线视频采集系统组成,车体和云台部分以STM32F030为核心处理器,通过2.4 G信号和Internet控制NRF24L01和ESP8266遥控车体运动和云台自由旋转;无线视频采集系统使用AR9331路由芯片搭载OpenWrt嵌入式Linux构成,支持所有USB免驱MJPEG格式输出的摄像头,视频监控状态可通过手机或者PC实时查询。为了准确获取车体当前运动的位置,在软件设计中优化了定位算法,以实现对车体的实时定位。实验结果表明:该平台运行稳定可靠,操作控制灵活简便,车体定位较准确,视频显示流畅,无卡顿现象,能够较好地满足多种应用场景下的视频监控。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the shortcomings of fixed camera monitoring and improve the scope and adaptability of video monitoring, a movable embedded wireless video monitoring platform is designed and implemented.The platform is composed of vehicle body, PTZ and wireless video acquisition system.The core processor of vehicle body and PTZ is STM32 F030,which controls NRF24 L01 and ESP8266 to remotely control vehicle body movement and PTZ free rotation through 2.4 G signal and Internet.The wireless video acquisition system is composed of AR9331 routing chip and OpenWrt embedded Linux, which supports all USB drive free MJPEG output cameras.The status of video monitoring can be queried in real time by mobile phone or PC.In order to obtain the current motion position of the car body accurately, the positioning algorithm is optimized in the software design to realize the real-time positioning of the car body.The experimental results show that the platform is stable and reliable, flexible and easy to operate and control, accurate positioning of the car body, smooth video display, no jamming phenomenon, and can better meet the needs of video monitoring in a variety of application scenarios.
