激光跟踪仪在侧风环境下的测量精度分析
Measuring Accuracy Analysis of Laser Tracker in Crosswind Environment
【摘要】 激光跟踪仪具有测量精度高、便携性好、范围大、动态、实时、高效等特点,尤其适用于航空、航天、造船、航海等诸多领域的测量任务。当激光跟踪仪在港口停泊状态下进行舰上仪器安装测量时,经常会遇到大风天气,风向大多是侧风,而侧风通常对测量结果会产生较大影响。为了满足测量结果的高精度,确保测量结果的有效性,针对舰载仪器安装定位的需求,分析了侧风风力对激光跟踪仪产生的变形以及误差,并通过分析实测数据与理论数据,确定了不同等级风力造成的误差,提出了具体补偿方法,为相关技术测量领域提供了有效的技术参考。
【Abstract】 Laser tracker has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,good portability,wide range,dynamic,realtime and efficient,etc. which is especially suitable for the measurement tasks in aviation,aerospace,shipbuilding,navigation and many other fields. When the laser tracker is installed and measured in the port,it will often encounter strong wind;and the wind direction is mostly crosswind,which usually has a great influence on the measurement results. In order to satisfy the high precision of the measurement result and ensure the validity of measurement results,the needs of shipboard equipment installation location are met and the influence of cross wind deformation and the errors caused by laser tracker are analyzed. Through analyzing the measured data and theoretical data,the different grade error caused by wind is determined and the specific compensation method is put forward. An effective technical reference for the related technical measurement field is provided.
