轮胎包容特性滤波下的主动悬架预瞄自抗扰控制研究
Preview active disturbance rejection control of active suspension based on tire enveloping properties
【摘要】 为了提高预瞄主动悬架控制系统对不同车速和路况的适应性,同时考虑轮胎对路面具有滤波作用,提出一种以悬架动行程为被控量的预瞄控制方法。该方法引入轮胎包容特性对预瞄路面进行预处理以得到控制参考信号,并针对整车7自由度模型设计自抗扰控制系统使悬架动行程根据路面不平度主动压缩或拉伸,以退让路面冲击或及时支撑车身,从而提升车辆的行驶平顺性。为了验证预瞄自抗扰控制系统的有效性和预瞄控制考虑轮胎包容特性的必要性,在脉冲输入路面和随机路面条件下进行仿真试验,结果表明:预瞄自抗扰控制能够使车身垂向加速度的均方根值相比被动悬架分别减少26.24%和27.82%,预瞄路面的预处理考虑轮胎包容特性能有效提升车辆的行驶平顺性。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the adaptability of the preview control active suspension system for different speeds and road conditions, and considering the filtering effect of tire on road input, a preview control method taking the suspension deflection as the controlled variable is proposed. This method introduces the tire enveloping properties to preprocess the preview road surface to obtain the control reference signals. Based on the seven degrees of freedom full-car model, active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) system is designed to make the suspension deflections actively compress or stretch according to the road irregularities. The preview control active suspension system can improve ride comfort by avoiding road impact or timely supporting the vehicle body. Simulation experiments were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the preview ADRC system and the necessity of considering tire enveloping properties in preview control. The results show that the preview control system can reduce the root mean square value of vehicle vertical acceleration by 26.24% and 27.82% respectively compared with passive suspension under the condition of impulse input road and random road, and the preprocessing of the preview road takes into account the tire enveloping properties can effectively improve ride comfort of the vehicle.
