基于CBS-ZT菌的双室微生物燃料电池研究
Research on Two-chamber Microbial Fuel Cell Based on CBS-ZT Bacteria
【摘要】 采用循环伏安法研究中国长白山地面温泉水分离出的热解纤维素果汁杆菌属(CBS-ZT)的直接电化学行为,CBS-ZT菌在玻碳(GC)电极表面发生了表面控制、准可逆的直接电化学反应,其活性中心是亚铁血红素。以CBS-ZT菌为阳极,铁氰化钾为阴极构建成双室微生物燃料电池。在35℃严格厌氧条件下,经过10 d CBS-ZT菌的培养,双室微生物燃料电池成功启动,该电池的最大开路电压为0.54 V,最大输出功率密度为11μW/cm2。
【Abstract】 Cyclic voltammetry was used to study the direct electrochemical behavior of CBS-ZT from the pyrolytic cellulolytic juice Bacillus sp.CBS-ZT isolated from surface hot spring water in Changbai Mountain, China.The direct electrochemical process of CBS-ZT bacteria on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode is quasi-reversible.The active center is heme(Fe2+).A two-chamber microbial fuel cell is constructed with CBS-ZT bacteria as the anode and potassium ferricyanide as the cathode.Under the strict anaerobic conditions at 35 ℃,the dual-chamber microbial fuel cell was successfully started after 10 days of cultivation of CBS-ZT bacteria.The maximum open circuit voltage of the battery was 0.54 V and the maximum output power density was 11 μW/cm2.
