【摘要】 中医传统理论认为黄疸大多以湿邪为病因、以脾胃为病位，亦有医家认为病位在肾。但西学东进之后，黄疸的病位明显有从脾胃向肝胆转变的特征。现代越来越多的医家更加重视瘀血、血热的病因，提倡从血分论治黄疸。本文结合历史的发展，对黄疸病因病位的演变做了系统梳理，介绍了黄疸病机演变过程，认为肝胆与黄疸的关系受到了西方医学影响，有将二者进行过度关联的可能，而脾、肾、血分为黄疸的主要病位，湿邪、瘀血、血热为黄疸发生的重要病因。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory, jaundice is mostly caused by dampness and the Spleen and Stomach is the disease location.Some doctors also think that the disease location is in the Kidney.However, the location of jaundice was obviously transferred from Spleen and Stomach to Liver and Gallbladder.Nowadays, more and more doctors pay more attention to the causes of Blood stasis and Blood heat, and advocate the treatment of jaundice from Blood points.Combined with the development of history, this paper systematically combs the evolution of etiology and location of jaundice, and introduces the development process of jaundice pathogenesis.The relationship between Liver, Gallbladder and jaundice is influenced by western medicine and is excessively related.Spleen, Kidney and Blood are the main disease location of jaundice.Dampness, Blood stasis and Blood heat are the important causes of jaundice.更多还原
