【摘要】 集约化和规模化畜禽养殖模式的发展极大地满足了人类对动物性食品的需求,也促进了农业经济的发展,但由此导致的环境污染问题是一个急切解决的重要问题。本论文分析了畜禽养殖与污染现状,梳理了与畜禽养殖污染防治相关的法律、法规和部门规章,提出了畜禽养殖污染防治的教育机制、责任机制、惩戒机制、联动机制和考评机制,期望对畜禽养殖业和相关行业主管部门有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of intensive, large-scale livestock and poultry breeding has greatly satisfied human demand for animal food and promoted the development of agricultural economy, but also caused serious environmental pollution and harm, which is an urgent issue. From the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding and pollution, this paper analyzed the laws, regulations and administrative rules associated with livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention, and put forward the education mechanism, responsibility mechanism,punishment mechanism, linkage mechanism and evaluation mechanism of livestock and poultry breeding pollution prevention.
