聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维制备及应用研究进展

【摘要】 活性碳纤维具有高比表面积、较窄的孔隙分布和可再生吸附等一系列优点,使得其在环保、电极材料、能源等领域有广泛的应用。至今已有大量文献报道了制备活性碳纤维的方法,其性能和结构因制备方法不同的差异很大。但是近年来尚未有文献系统的报道以聚丙烯腈纤维为前驱体的活性碳纤维的制备方法与其结构及性能之间的关系。系统地介绍了近年来国内外聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的制备技术、性能及其影响因素,以及在不同领域应用的最新研究进展,并对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的制备工艺优化提出展望,以期为制备兼具高力学性能、高碳收率、高吸附性能的聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维的研究提供一些建议。

【Abstract】 Activated carbon fiber has a series of advantages such as high specific surface area, narrow pore distribution and renewable adsorption, making it widely used in the fields of environmental protection, electrode materials and energy. Plenty of literature reports the methods of preparing activated carbon fiber, and its performance and structures vary greatly due to different preparation methods. However, in recent years, there is no systematic report on the relationship between the preparation methods of activated carbon fiber with polyacrylonitrile fiber as the precursor and its structure and performance. The latest research progress in the preparation technology, performance and influencing factors of polyacrylonitrile-based activated carbon fiber(PAN-ACF) at home and abroad as well as its applications in different fields were systematically introduced. A prospect for the optimization of the preparation process of PAN-ACF was put forward, aiming to provide some suggestions for the preparation of PAN-ACF with high mechanical properties, high carbon yield and excellent adsorption properties.
