颜色客观测试技术在绒纤维分类中的应用
Application of Objective Color Testing Technique in Wool Fiber Classification
【摘要】 为客观、准确的测量有色纤维的颜色,研发出一种便捷准确的数码测色系统。数码测色系统通过测试分析纤维的反射光图像,给出表征纤维颜色的Lab值、RGB值和XYZ值,以及各颜色指标的分布。山羊绒中的白绒、青绒、紫绒等有色纤维及纺织品目前在用目光进行判色分类,近期有研究者提出根据实际测得的颜色值对山羊绒进行客观分类的方法。设计了系列实验,验证山羊绒客观分类法的效果,并提出用颜色指标区分牦牛绒、兔绒、骆驼绒等天然有色纤维的定量依据。
【Abstract】 In order to measure the color of colored fiber objectively and accurately, a convenient and accurate digital color measurement system was developed. The system gave the Lab value, RGB value and XYZ value as well as the distribution of each color index by testing and analyzing the reflected light image of fiber. At present the colors of white cashmere, green cashmere, purple cashmere and other colored fibers and textiles in cashmere are classified by eyes. Some researchers recently have proposed an objective classification method for cashmere based on the actual measured color value. A series of experiments were designed to verify the effects of objective classification of cashmere, and the color index were put forward as the quantitative basis for distinguishing natural colored fibers such as yak wool, rabbit wool and camel wool.
