基于粘弹模型的间隔织物压缩性能研究
Study on Compression Properties of Spacer Fabric Based on Viscoelastic Model
【摘要】 经编间隔织物具有优异的压迫舒适性能,已逐渐被应用在各行各业,用于具有缓压功能的产品材料。为研究间隔织物粘弹性特性,主要对经编间隔织物单层以及多层的平板压缩特性进行研究,依据平板压缩仪对经编间隔织物进行多次定压力压缩的结果,结合其本身粘弹性特性,建立了压缩力学模型,对间隔织物压缩过程进行模型拟合。试验结果表明,所建立的模型可以很好地拟合其压缩过程,并且可以预测多层间隔织物叠加后整体压缩趋势,为坐垫、床垫用间隔织物的压缩性能研究提供科学指导。
【Abstract】 Warp knitted spacer fabric has excellent compression comfort performance,and has been gradually applied in all walks of life for product materials with pressure relief function.In order to study the viscoelastic characteristics of warp knitted spacer fabric,the plate compression characteristics of single layer and multi-layer warp knitted spacer fabrics were mainly studied.According to the results of multiple constant pressure compression of warp knitted spacer fabric by plate compression instrument,combined with its viscoelastic characteristics,the compression mechanics model was established to fit the compression process of spacer fabric.The test results showed that the model could well fit the compression process,and could predict the overall compression trend of multi-layer spacer fabrics after superposition,which provided scientific guidance for the research on the compression performance of spacer fabrics for cushions and mattresses.
