静电纺丝聚丙烯腈改性聚乙烯锂电池隔膜的制备及性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Electrospinning Polyacrylonitrile Modified Polyethylene Separator for Lithium Battery
【摘要】 为了增强电池隔膜的润湿性能和热稳定性,使用聚丙烯腈(PAN)改性聚乙烯(PE)电池隔膜,探究其机械性能、润湿性能、热稳定性和电池倍率性能的变化。结果显示,聚丙烯腈静电纺丝改性PE隔膜表面电解液和抗高温热收缩性提高,瞬时电解液接触角由初始的48.8°降至28.9°,且组装的锂离子电池的循环性能和倍率容量均有一定程度的改善。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the wettability and thermal stability of battery separator, polyacrylonitrile(PAN) was used to modify polyethylene(PE) battery separator, and the changes of its mechanical properties,wettability, thermal stability and battery rate performance were investigated. The results showed that the surface hydrophilicity and high temperature thermal shrinkage resistance of PE separator modified by polyacrylonitrile electrospinning were improved, the instantaneous electrolyte contact angle was reduced from 48. 8 ° to 28. 9 °,and the cycling performance and rate capacity of the assembled lithium battery were improved to a certain extent.
