三种天然染料染色柞蚕丝的色度值表征
Characterization of Chromatic Value of Dyed Tussah Silk with Three Natural Dyes
【摘要】 为丰富天然染料的来源及色相,分别采用红花黄、紫薯及板栗壳三种天然染料对柞蚕丝进行染色,对不同条件染色试样的色度值进行测试及系统分析,并对试样的耐皂洗稳定性进行测定。结果表明,三种天然染料染色及媒染,可以进一步丰富柞蚕丝织物的色相。染色工艺条件及媒染剂对试样的K/S值及色度值L*、a*、b*均具有影响;三种天然染料染色柞蚕丝试样的K/S值从大到小顺序为:红花黄>板栗壳>紫薯;试样的耐皂洗稳定性从高到低顺序为:板栗壳>紫薯>红花黄。
【Abstract】 In order to enrich the sources and hues of natural dyes, three kinds of natural dyes named safflower yellow, purple sweet potato and chestnut shell were used to dye tussah silk. The chromatic values of the dyed samples under different conditions were tested and systematically analyzed, and the soap-resistant stabilities of the samples were measured. The results showed that three kinds of natural dyes dyeing and mordant dyeing could enrich the hues of tussah silk fabric. The dyeing process conditions and mordant had effects on K/S values and chromatic values L*, a*and b* of the samples. The K/S values of the tussah silk samples dyed with the three natural dyes were as follows: safflower yellow > chestnut shell > purple sweet potato; and the soap-resistant stabilities of the samples were as follows: chestnut shell > purple sweet potato > red flower yellow.
