单体锂离子动力电池热效应试验研究与仿真分析

【摘要】 针对锂离子动力电池充放电过程中,由热效应带来的温度上升、温度不均,甚至温度失控问题,以型号为18650磷酸铁锂电池为例,通过实验测试的方法获得温升特性曲线,在不同温度下,对单体电池的直流内阻进行测试,得到在一定倍率下的放电R-SOC曲线,确定单体电池直流内阻模型以及生热速率计算方法。同时,通过ANSYS仿真软件构建单体锂离子动力电池三维热模型并进行温度场模拟。通过对比实验数据可知,最大温差小于0.3℃,说明该模型具有较好的准确性和适应性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, for the problems of temperature rising, temperature imbalance, and even temperature runaway duo to thermal effect in the charging and discharging process of lithium ion power battery, take the model 18650 lithium iron phosphate battery as an example, the temperature rise characteristic curve was obtained by experimental testing. The discharge R-SOC curve at a certain rate by testing the DC internal resistance of the single battery at different temperatures, in order to determine the single battery DC internal resistance model and heat generation rate calculation method.At the same time, ANSYS simulation software was used to build a three-dimensional thermal model of single lithium ion power battery and simulate the temperature field. By comparing the experimental data, it can be seen that the maximum temperature difference is less than 0.3 ℃, and the model has good accuracy and adaptability.
