基于智能物联网柱上开关蓄电池可用性检测系统
Monitoring system for battery availability based on intelligent internet of things on pole switch
【摘要】 阀控式铅酸蓄电池作为配电终端设备的后备电源,为电力系统的安全保驾护航。在实际应用中,由于电池质量及后期维护问题,致使终端蓄电池在可用性上存在较大的差异,给电力系统的安全运行埋下了隐患。为了实时监测配电终端设备中的蓄电池可用性及实时的电池参量,分析了阀控式铅酸蓄电池的工作原理以及影响蓄电池寿命的相关因素。通过阀控式铅酸蓄电池可用性检测系统监测蓄电池的各状态参量,并以高效、便捷的通信方式将相关蓄电池参数数据传送至上位机数据分析平台,并在中心站的数据库中存储和查询,从而方便用户实时掌控蓄电池的工作状态,提高电力系统的自动化水平。
【Abstract】 Valve-controlled lead-acid battery (VRLA) is used as the backup power supply of distribution terminal equipment to escort the safety of power system.In practice,due to battery quality and late maintenance problems,there are great differences in the availability of terminal batteries,which have hidden dangers for the safe operation of the power system.It is used to monitor battery availability and battery parameters of power distribution terminal equipment in real time.At first,this paper analyzes the working principle of valve control type lead acid storage battery,and the related factors affecting the service life of battery,and through the valve control type lead acid battery usability testing system,real-time monitoring of battery state of various parameters associated with efficient and convenient way of communication battery parameters data transfer is the highest level computer data analysis platform,and in the center of the database storage and query,Thus,it is convenient for users to control the working state of the battery in real time and improve the automation level of the power system.
