【摘要】 为推动重型货车电气化发展，助力交通运输行业“双碳”战略目标的实现，本文系统梳理了国内外新能源重型货车推广经验，以内蒙古自治区为例调研整理了内蒙古自治区新能源重型货车发展现状，预测了未来新能源货车发展趋势，针对性提出自治区新能源重型货车推广存在的问题并给出政策建议。研究结果表明：国内外新能源重型货车推广措施主要集中在规划推广政策目标、制定购置和使用补贴及路权等限行政策等；结合内蒙古自治区新能源货车发展现状及国内外相关研究经验，预测到2050年自治区重型货车保有量将从2020年的20万辆增长到34万辆，新能源重型货车新车市场占有率到2025年约为5%，到2050年约为50%；目前内蒙古自治区新能源货车推广瓶颈主要在于装备核心技术尚不成熟、推广政策针对性不强、新能源产业链尚不完善，未来需要针对性加强规划设计、完善推广政策体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Promotion of new energy heavy-duty trucks(HDTs)is one of the most effective measures to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals. This study reviewed the development status and predicted the development trends of new energy HDTs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region based on the overview of the domestic and foreign experience of promotion of new energy HDTs. The comprehensive measures in promotion new energy HDTs include setting promotion goals,providing incentives to reduce the costs of vehicle purchasing and operating. It’s predicted that the ownership of HDTs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will increase from 20 000 in 2020 to 340 000 in 2050,and the market share of new energy HDTs will be 5% in 2025 and 50%in 2050. The immature technology in new energy,lack of well-targeted polices and imperfect supply chain of new energy are the bottlenecks in promotion of new energy HDTs in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It is still necessary to enhance the policy framework and release implementation plans and a series of supporting measures.更多还原
