【摘要】 目的 探讨蛋白磷酸酶2A的癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)在子宫内膜样癌中的表达情况，分析其临床病理意义及在预后评估中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学、RT-PCR法检测CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌组织中蛋白及mRNA的表达水平，分析CIP2A表达与临床病理特征及患者预后的相关性。结果 CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌的表达明显增加，其表达水平与肿瘤组织学分级、FIGO分期及Ki-67增殖指数有相关性。生存分析显示，CIP2A高表达与患者总体生存率下降显著相关。结论 CIP2A在子宫内膜样癌中过表达，在肿瘤进展中发挥重要作用，其高表达与患者的不良预后有关，在预后判断中具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of CIP2 A in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and to analyze its clinicopathological significance and prognostic value.Methods Immunohistochemistry and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) were used to detect the protein and mRNA expression of CIP2 A in endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The correlation between the expression of CIP2 A and the clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The expression of CIP2 A significantly increased in endometrioid adenocarcinoma, and its expression was correlated with tumor histological grade, FIGO stage and Ki-67 proliferation index. Survival analysis showed that overexpression of CIP2 A was significantly associated with reduced overall survival rate of patients with endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion CIP2 A is overexpressed in endometrioid adenocarcinoma and plays an important role in carcinogenesis and malignant progression, and the high expression of CIP2 A is associated with poor prognosis of patients, which has certain reference value in prognosis judgment.更多还原
