生物质基天然纤维包装材料的研究现状及发展趋势

【摘要】 随着国家“限塑令”与“禁塑令”的推行,塑料替代品的研制成为了当前研究的热点。综述了近年来以生物质纤维及其衍生纳米纤维为基础的绿色包装材料的发展,包括天然纤维增强复合塑料替代品、纸浆模塑基塑料替代品、纤维素和纳米纤维素基可降解塑料替代膜材料等。这些生物质基天然纤维包装材料具有绿色、环保、可降解等特性,具有革新未来绿色包装的巨大潜力。

【Abstract】 With the implementation of “Plastic bag restriction” and “Ban on free plastics bags”,alternatives of plastics have been significantly sought after recently.Recent developments in green packaging derived from biomass fibers and nanofibers are reviewed,including natural fiber-reinforced composite,pulp molding-based plastic substitute,cellulose and nanocellulose based degradable plastics.These bio-based packaging materials derived from nature are green,environmentally friendly and biodegradable,and have great potential to revolutionize future green packaging.
