【摘要】 目的 关注低龄老年人再就业的需求，探索TPB（计划行为理论）视角下的低龄老年人手工艺众创平台搭建的可行性。方法 追溯TPB的起源与发展，对TPB的概念、内涵及要素进行剖析。通过文献综述，梳理TPB、老年人就业创业和手工艺众创平台研究现状。寻找三者之间的内在关联性，根据TPB相关要素，构建出低龄老年人手工艺众创平台服务设计模型。结论 提出的研究模型可为低龄老年人搭建具有普适性、开放性、系统性的手工艺众创平台，既为当前应用市场上低龄老年人众创平台的创建提供了新思路，也是TPB在就业创业领域的包容性拓展。更多还原

【Abstract】 It intends to pay attention to the re-employment needs of the young elderly and explore the feasibility of building a handicraft mass innovation platform for the young elderly from the perspective of TPB(Theory of Planned Behavior) in the paper. By tracing the origin and development of TPB, the concept, connotation and elements of TPB are analyzed. Through the literature review, the research status of TPB, employment and entrepreneurship for the elderly is clarified. Based on the internal correlation among the three and the relevant elements of TPB, a service design model of handicraft mass innovation platform for the young elderly is constructed. The proposed research model can build a universal, open and systematic handicraft crowd-innovation platform for the young elderly, which not only provides a new idea for the establishment of a mass innovation platform for the young elderly in the current application market, but also is an inclusive expansion of TPB in the field of employment and entrepreneurship.更多还原
