【摘要】 探试法是临床中非常重要的一种诊治方法。部分疾病错综复杂、变化多端，或由于在症状表现上不够典型和比较隐匿，给辨证（诊断）造成一定的困难。在此情况下，可采用探试法诊治。文章总结了《伤寒论》有关探试法的内容，包括补法与通法的探试、阴阳补泻的探试、饮食的探试及闻声音探试，探试法可以通过信息反馈来进一步获得正确的信息，为临床上遣方用药选取决策，提供合理的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploratory method is a very important method in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Some diseases are complex and changeable, or because the symptoms and manifestations are not typical and relatively hidden, it will cause certain difficulties in syndrome differentiation(diagnosis). In this case, exploratory diagnosis and treatment can be used. The article summarizes the contents of the exploratory method in Shanghan Lun, including the exploratory of tonifying therapy and purgation therapy, the exploratory of yin and yang tonifying therapy and reducing therapy, the exploratory of diet, and the exploratory of hear sound. The exploratory method can further obtain correct information through information feedback, and provide a reasonable basis for the selection and decision-making of clinical prescriptions.更多还原
