不同种类新鲜辛夷油细胞原位显微拉曼光谱研究

【摘要】 目的:分析和比较不同来源辛夷花蕾、辛夷盛花油细胞中主成分的差异,为不同来源辛夷入药提供理论依据。方法:用原位显微拉曼光谱技术测定辛夷花蕾和辛夷盛花中的油细胞拉曼光谱,对拉曼光谱进行分析,得出油细胞中的主成分。结果:望春玉兰花蕾、望春玉兰盛花、玉兰花蕾、玉兰盛花、紫玉兰花蕾、紫玉兰盛花油细胞主成分相同为:1-8桉油精、香桧烯、β-蒎烯、α-松油烯。二乔玉兰花蕾与荷花玉兰花蕾其油细胞中的主成分与正品辛夷望春玉兰花蕾油细胞中的主成分不同,二乔玉兰花蕾比望春玉兰花蕾主成分多茜素、β-石竹烯和α-蒎烯,而荷花玉兰花蕾则少了香桧烯,多了β-石竹烯和β-榄香烯。结论:望春玉兰盛花、玉兰花蕾、玉兰盛花、紫玉兰花蕾、紫玉兰盛花可作为望春玉兰花蕾的替代品。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the principal components of magnoliae flos that come from different sources and compare the differences of these principal components in order to provide a theoretical basis for the usage of kernels of magnoliae flos in classical famous prescriptions. Methods: In situ micro-Raman spectroscopy was used to determine the Raman spectra of oil cells in magnoliae flos bud and magnoliae flos full bloom, and the principal components of oil cells were obtained by analyzing Raman spectra. Results: For Magnolia biondii Pamp. bud, Magnolia biondii Pamp. full bloom, Magnolia denudata Desr. bud, Magnolia denudata Des. full bloom, Magnolia liliiflora Desr. bud, Magnolia liliiflora Desr. full bloom oil cells,there were the same principal components that are 1,8-cienole, sabinene, β-Pinene, α-terpinene. The principal components of Magnolia soulangeana bud and Magnolia grandiflora L. bud in oil cell are different from Magnolia biondii Pamp. bud. Compare with Magnolia biondii Pamp. bud, Magnolia soulangeana bud has additional ingredients such as alizarin, β-caryophyene and α-pinene. On the other hand, Magnolia grandiflora L. bud lack caryophyene compare with Magnolia biondiiPamp bud, but has more additional ingredients in β-caryophyene and β-elemene. Conclusion: Magnolia biondii Pamp. full bloom, Magnolia denudata Desr. bud, Magnolia denudata Desr. full bloom, Magnolia liliiflora Desr. bud, Magnolia liliiflora Desr. full bloom can be used as a substitute for Magnolia biondii Pamp. bud.
