【摘要】 目的：探究消渴痹足浴方与西洛他唑片联合应用治疗寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法：将丽水市中医院内分泌科2018年3月至2020年3月收治的70例寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组及观察组，每组35例，对照组予以西洛他唑片口服治疗，观察组在此基础上予以消渴痹足浴方沐足治疗，比较两组治疗前后临床症状、神经传导速度、血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达水平，并观察药物不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率为97.14%(34/35)，显著高于对照组的80.00%(28/35)(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后的症状总积分显著低于对照组（P<0.01），感觉及运动神经传导速度均显著高于对照组（P<0.05），血清IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组（P<0.01）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论：消渴痹足浴方与西洛他唑片联合应用治疗寒凝血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变，能够有效改善临床症状和神经传导速度，且安全性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaokebi Footbath Recipe(XKBFR) combined with Cilostazol in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold stagnate and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: A total of 70cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with cold stagnate and blood stasis syndrome in Endocrine Department of Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 were included, and were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group and the experimental group. The control group was treated with Cilostazol and the experimental group was treated with XKBFR combined Cilostazol. The clinical symptoms, nerve conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve, the expression levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α, and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.14%(34/35), which was higher than 80.00%(28/35) of the control group(P<0.05); The symptom score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nerve sensation and motor conduction velocity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the serum IL-6 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion: Xiaokebi Footbath Recipe combined with Cilostazol in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and nerve conduction velocity, and there is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment process.更多还原
