【摘要】 梳理经典名方桑白皮汤的方源、用量用法等方面,为其成方临床应用及现代研究,尤其是成方制剂开发利用提供依据。通过查阅、比较相关中医古籍文献,对桑白皮汤方源及沿革,组方用药、炮制、用量及用法特点进行关键信息考证和辨析。经考该方出明代中叶《古今医统大全》,具有清热化痰、降肺平喘之功;分析了方中药物的基原及用药部位,其中贝母从功效分析以浙贝母为宜;该方剂量单位为明代衡制;从同名方分析该方药物应是捣筛为粗末入煎;该方加水量以盏计量,其盏为沿袭宋代之大盏;该方服法沿用宋代煮散服法,一剂一煎一服。从本方的考证分析来看,经典名方研究应当尊重古方原意、用药配伍原则和用法用量特点,以达到古方今用的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Combing the origin, dosage and usage of the classic prescription Sangbaipi Decoction provides the basis for its clinical application and modern research, especially the development and utilization of prescription preparation. By consulting and comparing relevant ancient Chinese medicine literature, analyze the origin, the prescription, processing of decoction pieces,dosage and usage characteristics of Sangbaipi Decoction. According to research, the prescription comes from the Medical Encyclopedia of Ancient And Modern Medicine in the mid-Ming dynasty. It has the effects of clearing away heat and reducing phlegm, lowering lung and relieving asthma. Analysis of the origin and application part of the medicine in this decoction,Fritillaria is suitable for Fritillaria thunbergii from the analysis of efficacy. The dosage unit is the Ming dynasty. According to the analysis of the same name, the medicine should be sieved and fried. The amount of water added is measured by a calf, which is a large calf following the Song dynasty. The method of administration is for one dose, one decoction and one serving. From the research and analysis of Sangbaipi Decoction, the study of classic famous prescriptions should respect the original intent of the ancient prescriptions, the principle of compatibility of medicines, and the characteristics of usage and dosage, so as to achieve the purpose of the ancient prescriptions.更多还原
