丹参防治盐敏感性高血压血管内皮病变机制的研究进展

【摘要】 根据《黄帝内经》“盐胜血”理论,盐与血瘀有密切关系。盐敏感性高血压的主要危害在于其血管并发症,西医降压药物的优势在于能够快速有效地降压,但是强力降压并不是唯一的目的,更重要的是在降压的同时减少血管内皮的损伤,预防心、脑、肾等靶器官损害引发的心力衰竭、肾功能衰竭、脑血管病等,它们往往比高血压病本身更致命。活血化瘀中药在高血压血管病变的防治方面有独特的优势,笔者通过查阅大量有关丹参及其提取物的临床和科研文献,发现丹参作为治疗心脑血管疾病的传统中药材,在防治高血压血管内皮病变、预防其并发症方面有一定的药理作用,可以通过降血脂、改善血液循环、减轻氧化应激损伤和炎性反应、调控基因表达等机制改善血管内皮病变。本研究有利于修正高血压病及其靶器官病变的预防、治疗和康复方案,为慢病健康管理工程提供指导思想。

【Abstract】 According to the theory of ‘salt restricting blood’ in Huangdi Neijing, salt is closely related to blood stasis. The main harm of salt-sensitive hypertension lies in its vascular complications. The advantage of Western medicine antihypertensive drugs is that they can quickly and effectively reduce blood pressure, but this is not the only purpose, what is more important is to reduce the damage of vascular endothelium and prevent heart failure, renal failure and cerebrovascular disease caused by the damage of target organs such as heart, brain and kidney, which are often more fatal than hypertension itself. Traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of hypertensive vascular disease. By collecting and consulting a large number of research literature, we found that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae as a traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, having certain pharmacological effects in the prevention and treatment of hypertensive vascular endothelial disease and its complications. It can improve vascular endothelial diseases by reducing blood lipids, improving blood circulation, alleviating oxidative stress injury and inflammatory response and regulating gene expression. This study is helpful to revise the plan of prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of hypertension and its target organ diseases, and provide guiding ideology for the health management project of chronic diseases.
