【摘要】 从经济增长、创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展和共享发展这六个维度构建经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,并建立灰色关联度和熵值法的面板综合模型来测算2009—2019年我国30个省的经济高质量发展指数。进而利用系统GMM估计法探究了社会保障水平和经济高质量发展的关系,结果表明社会保障水平和经济高质量发展存在显著的"倒U"型关系,呈先上升后下降的趋势,另外创新水平、消费水平和对外开放程度均会对经济高质量发展产生显著影响。并在此基础上,提出了相关的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of economic high-quality development from six dimensions: economic growth, innovative development, coordinated development, green development, open development and shared development. And establish a panel comprehensive grey incidence models for panel data and entropy evaluation method to measure the economic high-quality development index of 30 provinces in china during 2009-2019. Then use the systematic GMM estimation method to explore the relationship between social security level and high-quality economic development, and the results show that there is a significant "inverted U"-shaped relationship between social security level and high-quality economic development, showing a trend of first rising and then falling. In addition, the level of innovation,the level of consumption and the degree of opening up to the outside world will have a significant impact on the high-quality development of the economy.
